Turning Point

Turning Point was established in 2006-2007 school year to address the early leaver situation within the Hamilton District School Board. The goal of the program was to invite early leavers back to school to complete their OSSD. The program was going to approach this in an "outside the box" way by incorporating the students jobs (if they had one)  and personal issue into their timetabling. We also established our program outside of a day school setting to eliminate any of the issues the students had that revolved around their previous day school setting. We offer individualize programming and flexible scheduling. As well, Turning point in a continuous intake and discharge program.  Currently, we are located on the Mohawk College, Fennell Campus in Hamilton Ontario. Contact number is 905-512-2573
